Real bonus grind review of Bet At Home

Logged into Bet At Home after a few weeks away, saw I still had a bonus active, figured I’d grind it out. Spun for a bit, everything normal, then suddenly all the games just greyed out. Couldn’t open anything except their deposit page. Bonus was still listed in my account but every slot said “unavailable in your region” which made zero sense. Tried rebooting, tried switching devices, nothing worked. Contacted support and they told me the bonus was no longer valid due to “internal compliance updates” but my funds were already tied to it. So basically my balance got frozen mid-session and there’s no way to access it unless I deposit again. That’s not a casino, that’s a hostage situation. It’s like they bait you in with a bonus and once they’ve got your money, they quietly flip a switch and block everything. Bet At Home straight up wasted my time and bankroll
 
Dude, I had the same thing last month. Thought it was a glitch, but nah, they pulled the exact same “compliance” excuse. Lost €40 I was still trying to clear. Honestly I’ve been using them mostly for sports betting, and it’s been fine. But the casino? Absolute joke. The interface is clunky, slots randomly vanish, and bonus terms keep changing. That’s crazy. I got my €25 bonus last week and played it through just fine. No blocks, no issues. Maybe it depends on which provider you’re using? I mostly stick to Play’n GO and Red Tiger slots.
 
I don’t think they’re scamming on purpose, but their system is a total mess. I’ve been locked out mid-bonus twice now, both times blamed on “provider restrictions” or whatever. Meanwhile, they still let you deposit with the bonus active, knowing damn well it’ll be unusable. That’s where I draw the line. It’s one thing to have strict terms, but it’s another to actively let people get stuck. Even if they fix it later, you already wasted your time and money.
