RioBet Casino - nice design, but that's about it

Having tried playing at RioBet I have to say that the site itself is very easy to navigate. Everything is beautifully designed, and the color scheme inspires good luck. The games look great and there are plenty to choose from. I have no complaints whatsoever

But where the hell is the live chat? In fact, the lack of live chat support is a huge minus. If you're new to the site and have questions about deposits, betting limits or even which games have the best odds, you're basically on your own. Email support is the worst I've encountered in a while. Who has time to wait for hours for a response?
Honestly, if they would just add live support, this place would be much better

Nothing major, but it was annoying when I had a deposit delay and had to wait hours for a reply. Would’ve been solved in 2 mins with a chat
 
This is why I stick to casinos with 24/7 chat. If my money is on the line, I don’t wanna send an email and pray for a response

yep, the layout’s slick but try getting help when something actually breaks. waited 11 hours for an email reply once, and they still didn’t answer my question properly.

same here. i asked about a failed deposit and they hit me with some copy-paste nonsense 8 hours later. no way to clarify anything, just radio silence after that.

I encountered a similar issue. The visual design is pleasant, but customer service is completely lacking. A reliable live chat function should be standard in any modern casino platform.
