Struggling to Withdraw on Bovada & BVX

I’ve been trying to withdraw from Bovada and its sister site, BVX, for the past few months, and I’m getting pretty frustrated. Every time I try to make a withdrawal, they send me a six-digit code via text to confirm everything. The problem is, I’ll get the code, enter it, and then nothing happens. The withdrawal just doesn’t progress. I’ve tried this multiple times over the last few months, and it’s always the same — the code doesn’t work. I’ve double-checked my number, checked my texts, and still, the withdrawal just stalls. Has anyone else had this issue with these sites? At this point, I’m wondering if it’s a glitch or if they're just making it unnecessarily difficult to get your money out

I’ve had this happen three times in two months. Text arrives, code accepted, then it vanishes into the void. No confirmation. Eventually I switched to using BTC for withdrawals, and weirdly enough, everything worked. No delays, no verification loops. I don’t even trust the text system anymore. Feels like a trap to get users to reverse and keep spinning. Don't fall for it. Crypto is the only option that doesn’t make me wanna throw my laptop out the window

I’m leaning hard toward crypto now too. This SMS thing is driving me nuts

What annoys me even more is when I finally get a code that “works,” it just sends me right back to the cashier page like nothing happened. And when you message support, they pretend it’s the first time they’ve heard of it. I’ve got 4 different chat logs with the same copy-paste reply. At this point, I’m convinced they know about it and just hope we give up

Classic Bovada script. “Clear your cache, try again later.” That’s all they say

I tried contacting support. Three times. Each time I was told “the issue is under review.” That was three weeks ago. Still pending. Still nothing. Every time I message again, they say “escalated to payments team” like that means anything. It’s like a loop of delay scripts. I'm pretty sure there's one guy copy-pasting from a basement somewhere

Happened to me twice. Had to verify 3 different times—ID, bank, selfie—and I STILL had to wait 5 days for BTC but I got my money!

I used Google Voice for verification and, shockingly, it worked. But then they flagged the number as “suspicious” the next time. Can’t win with these guys. I ended up opening a new account just to withdraw once. Not recommending that route, just saying... their system is cooked

I get where you're coming from. Bovada’s had these issues forever and they never truly fix them. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve played enough now to know it’s not an accident. It’s designed to frustrate you into either reversing your withdrawal or walking away. I finally just stopped playing there altogether. Took screenshots, posted a complaint, and moved on. There are better options. Don’t waste your mental energy on this circus

Hard agree. Left them a year ago and never looked back

@diazholly don’t wait around. Switch to BTC or LTC. Avoid weekends, and if nothing moves after 48 hours, start building a paper trail—screenshots, timestamps, chats. If it gets ugly, file a complaint on forums or Trustpilot. That’s the only time they act fast

@diazholly, dude, you’re not crazy — Bovada and BVX have been acting shady as hell lately. I had the exact same bullshit happen with the damn 6-digit code. Got the text, typed it in, then crickets. No confirmation, no withdrawal, just a dead screen like it’s stuck in limbo. Tried contacting support and they just gave me the usual “clear cache, try again” nonsense like that’s gonna fix their broken-ass system
