You can’t trick DraftKings in Texas

Tried everything while asking myself is DraftKings legal in Texas. First, I used a VPN - got through the site, but as soon as I tried to deposit, it flagged my location and froze the account. Then I tried using a friend’s address from a legal state - same result, instant lock and email saying account under review. Last shot was using a prepaid card and mobile data, but that didn’t help either. Honestly, they’ve got strong geolocation and verification tools. If you’re in Texas, real-money casino games on DraftKings just aren’t gonna work without risking a full ban
 
Same here in Austin. Thought I was slick using a hotspot + VPN combo. Logged in fine, but once I hit the cashier page? Account frozen, and I got hit with a TOS violation email. 💀 Total waste of time.
 
Honestly, I’m not even mad at DraftKings for this. They’re just covering their ass with all the state-level regulation crap. Texas laws are the real problem. Until those change, it’s just sweepstakes casinos or nothing.
 
Bro, even tried using a VPS hosted outta New Jersey... yeah, don’t do that. They clocked it in under 10 minutes. I didn’t even get to spin once. These guys got federal-level tech or something 😤
