Foxy Bingo Refusing to Look into Missing Balance

@robertsnathaniel
Once they see you’re not backing down, they’ll likely “reassess” magically. Entain sites are notorious for taking the easy way out until they get heat.
Also check to see if they’re regulated under Gibraltar or UKGC — that’ll help determine where to escalate if needed. They do respond when licensing pressure gets involved

Right now I’m gatherin’ everything up and gettin’ ready to send one last email, this time droppin’ the eCOGRA name. If they still wanna play dumb after that, I’m takin’ it public everywhere I can. I ain’t about to admit to spins I never made — f*ck that
Honestly I wouldn’t even wait. Tag them on Twitter now with “@FoxyBingo support ignored my security issue.” Trust me, their PR team reacts faster than customer support ever will. It worked for me when I got ghosted

Nope. Nothing useful. Just generic “activity consistent with your usage” BS. No IP info, no device ID, nothing. That’s what got me suspicious
Honestly, if they had real logs showing it was your device, they would’ve sent that already. Silence = covering something. Keep pressing, you're not being unreasonable at all

@robertsnathaniel whatever you do, don’t close the case. Once they mark it resolved, they won’t reopen it — even if you get more info later. Keep the ticket active until they refund or formally refuse in writing

I’m not about to waste hours of my life and wreck my nerves over eleven freakin’ bucks. Way easier to tell ’em to shove it up their smug ass, blast ’em with bad reviews all over the place, and bounce for good. Just my two cents
$11 or not, if this happened in reverse — like a bonus glitch — they’d claw it back in five minutes

@robertsnathaniel also, check if any maintenance or downtime was reported around that time. Sometimes auto-play queues get messed up during system resets, and spins happen hours later when things restart. That doesn’t excuse it, but it might explain what triggered it. Either way, if you didn’t initiate them, they owe you the benefit of the doubt

Crazy how all these “one-time glitches” just happen to screw players over, but never once work in our favor. Funny how it’s always the casino comin’ out ahead from these so-called “errors” — not once have I seen someone wake up with a random extra $100k from some bugged auto-play bullshit

Damn, that’s shady as hell. If your Google activity backs you up and they’re still gaslighting you, that’s a red flag. $11 ain’t much, yeah, but forcing you to admit to something you didn’t do just to get your own account back?
