Foxy Bingo Refusing to Look into Missing Balance

Got a really weird situation and just wanted to see if anyone else has had something similar or if you have any advice. So, a couple of days ago, I logged into my Foxy Bingo account and noticed my balance was nearly gone – and I hadn’t even played! I checked the game history and saw that it said I’d done 12 x $1 spins on a slot game at 6:40 AM on Monday. Now, there’s no way I was awake at that time. I was actually up later than usual on Monday with a migraine, so I definitely wasn’t half-asleep and accidentally playing or thinking I was on a tournament or something. I remembered being on it the night before, so I checked my Google activity to see if maybe I’d fallen asleep with it open or if my child had somehow played. But no – I hadn’t visited the site since the early hours, and I had only been on a bingo room, then I closed the app and didn’t even look at my phone again until 8:45. Naturally, I messaged Foxy Bingo to explain that these spins were unauthorized and asked them to look into it. They kept telling me that the system wouldn’t allow the spins to happen without me pressing the button (which, of course, I didn’t). They said they’d pass it on to their operations team, and eventually, I got an email saying they’d suspended my account for “security reasons” and that the activity on my account was “consistent” (which is a load of rubbish, I never play at that time, and definitely don’t do $1 spins). They then said the only way I could reopen my account is to essentially admit full responsibility and claim I made the spins myself, which I obviously didn’t. It’s only $11 that’s gone, plus a bit left in my balance, but it’s the principle of the thing. I’m not about to falsely admit to something I didn’t do, but I also don’t want to lose my account or the funds

If their logs show the spins but you weren’t even on the site, they need to prove how that’s “normal behavior.” $11 or not, this is exactly the type of lazy response I’d expect from a company protecting their backend flaws

They’re just banking on you giving up because it’s a small amount. But if it happened once, it can happen again. Stick to your guns and escalate it

I had a similar issue years ago, also on a bingo site (not Foxy), where spins happened while I was logged out. Support told me it was “automated autoplay” even though I never used it. Eventually they gave me a $10 bonus to shut me up. That’s not a solution, and it sure as hell wasn’t my fault. The system shouldn’t allow gameplay while you're inactive. Keep pushing them, not for the cash, but for the principle

Ever since that Entain merger, Foxy’s been straight dogsh*t. Site’s gone downhill fast and playin’ there now is just beggin’ to get screwed. Ain’t worth the hassle, not even close

These sites love using “security” as a blanket excuse when they don’t feel like doing actual support

Even if it’s just $11, they should take your report seriously. Their refusal to investigate is sketchy. And suspending you because you reported it, that’s messed up. Classic case of cover-your-ass behavior

@robertsnathaniel they can’t force you to “confess” to sh*t you didn’t do just to get your account back. That’s straight up coercion and absolute BS. I’d grab a screenshot and take it to their licensing body, or even throw it up on Casinomeister. Public pressure changes their tune real fast, trust me — been there, done that

I haven’t had the exact same issue, but I did have Foxy randomly remove a bonus I was actively wagering. No warning, just poof — gone mid-session.
Support said I “didn’t meet the terms” but couldn’t explain which one. They stonewalled me for a week before closing the case

Lmao “system wouldn’t allow it” is their fav line when they can’t be arsed to dig deeper. If I had a dollar for every time they used that excuse, I’d never need to gamble again. Clowns

@robertsnathaniel they’ll keep brushing you off unless you open a complaint with eCOGRA or IBAS. Mentioning external regulators in your next email might be enough to scare them into taking it seriously. You’ve got a timestamp, Google activity, and proof of no use. That’s solid evidence. And FYI — their system can glitch, they just hate admitting it

You should absolutely not admit to anything. That’s them trying to shift liability so they can close the case and move on. don’t fall for it

They said Google activity shows no logins during the spin time, so autoplay doesn’t explain it. It’s system-side, not user
They probably know there was a glitch and are just stalling to avoid setting a precedent. If they refund you, they’re admitting it can happen. That’s why they’re being so shady
