Here’s my contribution to the long list of planet 7 casino complaints. I’m sitting on a real balance of $62,804, all legit winnings, no bonus funds involved. Zero playthrough, zero bonus - clean cash. I’ve submitted three separate withdrawal requests for $2,500 each (their max per transaction), all done on 6/06/2025 via wire transfer.
Support has been dodging me ever since. First it was standard verification nonsense. Then they asked for extra docs - utility bill, ID selfie, even tax stuff. I’ve complied with every single request.
It’s been more than 2 weeks. No payout, no update, no movement. Just pending withdrawals and radio silence. Meanwhile, they’re more than happy to keep the deposit button glowing green.
